"Not recommended. They don't honor the warranty. They leave you alone when the one they repaired is broken, whatever reason they give, like your place is no longer included in the route or it's been too long since it was covered by the warranty, then if they can't answer, IBLOCK you on Facebook. Details Last Oct 3, 2024, they repaired my aircon and installed it. It works but I'm not satisfied. They gave me some reasons, I answered but they didn't reply (I just let it go because the aircon is working, I'm just not satisfied with the repair because the fixture is not polished). Then from May 6, 2025 until now I've been trying to get them to return the aircon they repaired because it's no longer cold. They installed it in the room we don't use, only used it about 5 times, the cold is gone... These are their reasons why they can't return the unit (they don't even want to check it) 1.) They said there was no warranty on their repair, they didn't indicate anything on my receipt. But I said it was on your Facebook post or, with warranty... no answer. So there's reason number 2 2.) They said the warranty has expired, it's been a while, I said even if they just look at it because they're the ones who know the history of air conditioners, if I ask someone else to do it, I'll tell them the history. They still don't want to give reason number 3 3.) They said they haven't been servicing the QC since Sept 10, 2024 so they can't look at my unit. Hasn't been servicing since Sept? They repaired my air conditioner on Oct 3, 2024. Then finally they ran out of excuses. They just BLOCKED me on messenger, I can't chat with them anymore. So, I'll just give them a review. I just want to check up the unit to see what's wrong, is their hardware bad? Is their repair fragile? Or maybe I'm the one who broke it, but they don't even want to go..."
